My services to you are charged as a percentage of the sales price and are negotiable.  They can be paid for by the seller, by the buyer, or a combination of both the seller and buyer.  You do not have to pay an agent commission upfront.  I am paid for my services at closing once we find and close on your perfect home.  Please contact me for more details.

Sellers

My services to you as a seller are charged as a percentage of the sales price and paid at closing after the successful sale of your home.  I offer the following discounts for eligible clients who are selling their home:

• Repeat Clients – Anyone that has completed a previous real estate transaction with me and chooses to hire me again to represent them in a future real estate sale will receive a discount.

• Public Safety Employees – All public safety employees will receieve a discount when they hire me to sell their home.  All law enforcement, firefighters, paramedics and dispatchers are eligible.

• Dual Transactions – Anyone that hires me to both sell their current home and also buy their next home back to back, will receieve a discount on the sale of their existing home.
