- GRI Certification: The GRI designation is a national designation delivered by the state REALTOR® associations. The 90-hour course of study meets the accreditation standards established by the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS®. Upon completion of the program, students are awarded the GRI designation (Graduate REALTOR® Institute). Only members of the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS® may hold the GRI designation.

- The Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®) designation is the benchmark of excellence in buyer representation. This coveted designation is awarded by the Real Estate Buyer’s Agent Council (REBAC), an affiliate of the National Association of REALTORS®, to real estate practitioners who meet the specified educational and practical experience criteria.
